I call this a wrist wrench. It really is a good smaller diameter than other ones I have. Thats actually the reason why I bought this one. I can wind it and really get a lot of my hand around it to turn inword to work my wrist, and grip ,for my purpose of forearm hypertrophy training. I'm not an arm wrestler. But I have dozens of different handles that I like to use to train my wrists, forearms, and fingers, whether connecting to a cable machine or loading pin. I find them very effective.
