Armwrestling Knuckle handle with a Referee’s strap - black

This one to me is kinda special. To me it has a rather unusual shape at the top, yet allows you to twist and turn it in a way that I can really get a different feel in my wrists. I like to sit on my small ottoman at home in front of my cable machine and use this on the low setting. Not that you can't use it on another setting especially your arm wrestling table, which I don't have because I'm not an arm wrestler. But I do use several handles for forearm/ wrist hypertrophy training..
